A comprehensive running coach session designed to improve performance, efficiency, and resilience through expert analysis, tailored programming, and practical coaching.
During the session, your running form will be assessed in detail, including posture, stride mechanics, foot strike, arm movement, and overall running efficiency. Video analysis may be used to identify movement patterns, energy leaks, asymmetries, and areas that could increase injury risk or limit performance.

You’ll receive clear, actionable feedback on how to optimise your running technique, helping you run more efficiently, improve speed and endurance, and reduce unnecessary strain on the body. Coaching cues and drills will be provided so you can apply these improvements immediately in training.

A complimentary consultation is a free 20-minute session with Coach Carla designed to help us get to know each other and understand your fitness goals. During the consultation, we’ll chat about your current lifestyle, fitness experience, training preferences, availability, and what you’d like to achieve. We’ll also carry out a body composition analysis using specialist scales to measure key metrics such as weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and overall body composition. This gives us a clear starting point so I can recommend the most suitable training and nutrition approach to support your progress.

Personal Training

A 45-minute strength and flexibility session with Coach Carla is designed to improve overall fitness, build strength, and increase mobility in a balanced and supportive environment. Each session includes a guided warm-up to prepare the body and reduce the risk of injury, followed by targeted strength exercises combined with flexibility and mobility work tailored to your fitness level and goals. Sessions finish with a cool-down and stretching routine to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling energised and refreshed.

Small Group Training - 9-9:45am Mon, Thurs, Fri - SO30 2HD

Busy Mums Small Group Training is designed for women who want effective, structured workouts that fit around a busy lifestyle. Training three times per week, each session combines a mix of HIIT, strength training, and circuit-based workouts to help improve fitness, build strength, increase energy, and support fat loss in a motivating small group environment.

By combining different styles of exercise throughout the week, you get a balanced approach to fitness. Cardio and HIIT help improve heart health, stamina, and calorie burn, while strength and weight training build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall body strength. Core-focused exercises support posture, stability, and everyday movement, helping reduce aches and improve functional fitness. Training consistently three times per week also allows the body enough time to recover while still making steady progress in strength, fitness, and confidence.
